4 Marla:

With the 4 Marla plot, you have the convenience of spreading the cost over 36 months with monthly installments of PKR 14,500/-. The booking and confirmation amounts of PKR 180,000/- each secure your plot, and upon balloting, an additional payment of PKR 147,500/- will be required. Finally, the remaining amount of PKR 147,500/- is payable on possession, ensuring that you become a proud owner of your plot. Note: There are 4 Balloon Payment which is payable each year and the amount is 74,500.

 

6 Marla:

For the 6 Marla plot, the total price is PKR 1,995,000/-. To secure your plot, a booking amount of PKR 250,000/- and a confirmation amount of PKR 250,000/- will be required. Like the 4 Marla plot, you can opt for convenient monthly installments of PKR 20,500/- spread over 36 months. On balloting, an additional payment of PKR 199,500/- will be due, with the remaining PKR 199,500/- payable on possession. Note: It also include Balloon Payment which is payable after each year the amount is 89,500.

The New City Paradise commercial payment plan is a flexible and affordable way to own a commercial plot in Islamabad. The buyer has to make the booking and confirmation payments upfront, which are Rs. 550,000/- for 2.5 Marla, Rs. 850,000/- for 4 Marla, and Rs. 1,450,000/- for 7 Marla plots. The remaining amount can be paid in installments over a period of 36 months, with monthly installments of Rs. 61,100/- for 2.5 Marla, Rs. 82,600/- for 4 Marla, and Rs. 140,900/- for 7 Marla plots.
